When the ringing of the truck's bell annouces it's appearance at your party it is sure to have your guests screaming for ice cream. Phil and Tom Ice Cream caters all types of private and corporate functions. Events include, cookouts, children’s and adult birthday parties, 4th of July, and Memorial Day Parties, graduations as well as company picnics and parties, even weddings. Phil and Tom ice cream can accommodate any size gathering from a small birthday party to a large gathering. Pricing for events is based on number of products distributed. No event is too small or large.We have a Kosher Certified list and a Nut-Free list.
